BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, SITTING AS THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BIENNIAL SUBMISSION OF THE PUBLIC HOUSING ASSESSMENT SYSTEM (PHAS) TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, sitting as the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that each housing authority periodically submit numeric measures of its financial and operational health in a format known as PHAS; and

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority has prepared all of the required data from its computer and paper records and is prepared to enter the values into HUD’s proprietary system; and

WHEREAS, HUD requires each Housing Authority’s Board of Commissioners to certify the accuracy of submission of the PHAS data.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo, certifies the submission of all required PHAS data and authorizes the Director of Housing or his designee to enter all required data to complete the PHAS survey.
