AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 043830

 

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Part 5 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

1.

Family Health Services. The Clinical Services Manager I - Nursing assigned responsibility for managing the Field Nursing, Adolescent Family Life, Prenatal Advantage/Black Infant Health and Prenatal to Three Programs, shall receive a differential of 5% in addition to all other compensation. Only one employee at a time may be so assigned to this assignment.

2.

Family Health Services. The Clinical Services Manager I - Nursing assigned responsibility for managing the nursing components of Partners for Safe and Healthy Children, Child Health and Disability Prevention, Health Care Program for Children in Foster Care, Lead Poisoning Prevention, Immunization, and Dental programs, shall receive a differential of 5% in addition to all other compensation. Only one employee at a time may be so assigned to this assignment.

3.

Family Health Services. Clinical Services Manager I – Nursing positions that supervise Senior Public Health Nurses shall continue to receive a differential in the amount necessary to insure the base pay for Clinical Services Manager I – Nursing is one step higher than the base pay for Senior Public Health Nurse.

   

SECTION 2. Part 12 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

ORGANIZATION 17000 HUMAN RESOURCES

1.

Item D184S, Management Analyst Series, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 15 positions.

2.

Item D045, Administrative Services Manager I, is increased by 2 positions for a new total of 2 positions.

3.

Item D027, Administrative Services Manager II, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 4 positions.

 

ORGANIZATION 37000 LIBRARY

1.

Item K008, Circulation Supervisor-E, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 10 positions.

2.

Item K014S, Library Technician Series, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 5 positions.

 

ORGANIZATION 55210 HEALTH ADMINISTRATION

1.

Item D151, Financial Services Manager II, is increased by 1position for a new total of 3 positions.

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance is effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
