Recommendation
|
1) Appoint Supervisor Rose Jacobs Gibson to the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) Board of Directors representing the County of San Mateo for the term beginning November 15, 2007 to December 3, 2008.
2) Re-Appoint Supervisor Mark Church as an alternate representative to the CSAC Board of Directors for the term beginning November 15, 2007 to December 3, 2008.

Background
|
Under the provisions of the CSAC Constitution, members of the Board of Directors and alternates are elected by their respective Board of Supervisor(s) to one-year terms of office commencing with the first day of the CSAC Annual Conference in November. The seats currently held by Supervisor Jerry Hill and Supervisor Mark Church will become vacant on November 15, 2007.

Supervisor Rose Jacobs Gibson and Supervisor Mark Church will serve on the CSAC Board of Directors as member and alternate, respectively.
