ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7.04
OF THE SAN MATEO COUNTY ORDINANCE CODE
FOR PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:
|

|
SECTION 1.
|
Section 7.04.020 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code is hereby repealed.
|
|
|
SECTION 2.
|
Section 7.04.025 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
|
|
|
|
|
|
Prima facie speed limits of 25 miles per hour are declared to exist at the following locations:
|
|
|
|
|
|

Along HIGGINS CANYON ROAD beginning approximately 1 mile east of CABRILLO HIGHWAY and extending to PURISIMA CREEK ROAD.

Along PESCADERO CREEK ROAD between a point 0.25 miles south of the westerly intersection of WURR ROAD and a point 250 feet north of the easterly intersection of WURR ROAD.

This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from the passage date thereof.
