RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF THE DONATION OF A LITEGAIT-100MX VALUED AT $3,070, FROM VARIETY, THE CHILDREN’S CHARITY.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, the donation of a Litegait-100MX, valued at $3,070, which supports body weight for children learning to walk, by the Variety, the Children’s Charity for use within the Medical Therapy Program of California Children’s Services (CCS) within the Health Department; and

WHEREAS, this donation will increase the ability of the therapists at the CCS Medical Therapy Unit to treat children with debilitating physical limitations and chronic health conditions or diseases:

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the County of San Mateo accepts Variety’s donation of the Litegait-100MX.
