RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NEW NO PARKING

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that | ||
WHEREAS, the State of California Vehicle Code allows a local agency to establish no parking zones in public rights-of-ways; and | ||
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended new no parking zones on portions of Middlefield Road and Avy Avenue to provide for the orderly movement of traffic; and | ||
WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors has reviewed and concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Public Works. | ||
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that: | ||

No parking zones are declared to exist at the following locations: | |

On the westerly side of MIDDLEFIELD ROAD commencing at the intersection of HURLINGAME AVENUE and extending southerly, a distance of 66 feet, more or less. | |

On the westerly side of AVY AVENUE commencing at the intersection of ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS and extending southerly, a distance of | |

Said no parking zones shall remain in effect until rescinded by the Board of Supervisors. | |
