ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 2.54
PERMITTING AND INSPECTION FEES TO
SAN MATEO COUNTY ORDINANCE CODE, TITLE 2 ADMINISTRATION

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:
|

SECTION 1.
|
Fee amounts in connection with fences, walls and hedges allowed in the public right of way as set forth in Resolution 063037 are rescinded.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 2.
|
Chapter 2.54 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code is hereby added to read as follows:
|
|
|
|
|
2.54.010 PERMITTING AND INSPECTION FEES
|
|
|
|
|
Permitting and inspection fees shall be charged for the types of approval and at the rates listed below:

SECTION 3.

All or a portion of the fee amounts may be waived by the Director of Public Works when said Director determines it to be in the public interest to do so.

SECTION 4.

This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from the passage date thereof.
