RECOMMENDATION:
|
Adopt a resolution authorizing the President of the Board to execute a First Amendment to Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions on Real Property on San Bruno Mountain.

DISCUSSION:
|
The document presented to the Board for review and execution by the President will amend a set of covenants and restrictions on the property originally recorded in January 2007. The amendment will clarify the inflation factor to be applied to the yearly assessments to be paid by the residential units covered by the Declaration. Upon execution by the County, the document will be recorded against the subject properties.
