AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.90.030 OF CHAPTER 2.90 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE, REGARDING THE FEES CHARGED BY THE ASSESSOR-COUNTY CLERK-RECORDER

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ORDAINS as follows

SECTION 1. Section 2.90.030 (Fees) of Chapter 2.90 (County Clerk/Recorder), of Article 2.9 (Taxpayer Services and Recordation of Official Acts) of Title 2 (Administration) is hereby amended to read as follows:

2.90.030 Fees.

The Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder shall charge and collect, for services rendered, the fees specified in the following table. These fees may be adjusted by resolution of the Board of Supervisors to the extent authorized by law.
