RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ALONG LOYOLA AVENUE EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL
IN THE NORTH FAIR OAKS AREA

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the State of California Vehicle Code allows a local agency to establish no parking zones in public rights-of-ways; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that no parking zones be created as noted herein; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

A No Parking Zone is hereby established at the following location:

Ø

Loyola Avenue east of El Camino Real

On the Southeasterly side of Loyola Avenue commencing at a point 60 feet northeasterly of the intersection of El Camino Real and extending northeasterly a distance of 10 feet, more or less.
