RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONES FOR SPECIFIED HOURS FOR STREET SWEEPING ON THIRD AVENUE BETWEEN MIDDLEFIELD ROAD AND EDISON WAY IN THE NORTH FAIR OAKS AREA

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
|
|
|
WHEREAS, the California Vehicle Code section 22507 allows a local agency to establish no parking zones in public rights-of-ways; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that no parking zones be created and revised as noted herein; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.
|
|
|
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:
|
|
|

No Parking during specified hours are hereby established at the following location:
|
|
|
|
|
|
Third Avenue between Middlefield Road and Edison Way
|
|
|
|
On one side of portions of the above street between the hours of
1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month.
|
|
|
and
|
|
|
|
|
|
On one side of portions of the above street between the hours of
1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month.
