GOVERNING BOARD, JOINT POWERS AGENCY FOR THE ACQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF THE EL GRANADA QUARRY PARK

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF THE EL GRANADA QUARRY PARK PROPERTY TO THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO

RESOLVED, by the Governing Board of the Joint Powers Agency for the Acquisition, Development, and Operation of the El Granada Quarry Park (“Quarry Park JPA”) that

WHEREAS, the Quarry Park JPA owns a certain forty (40) acre parcel of land, situated adjacent to the unincorporated community of El Granada, known as the El Granada Quarry Park property (“the Property”); and

WHEREAS, the Property was originally conveyed to the Quarry JPA by the County of San Mateo, by Grant Deed, dated November 7, 1995, recorded as Document No. 95-121942, in the Office of the San Mateo County Recorder; and

WHEREAS, the Governing Board now desires to reconvey the Property to the County of San Mateo.

NOW THEREFORE, THE GOVERNING BOARD HEREBY RESOLVES AND ORDERS that the transfer of the El Granada Quarry Park Property to the County of San Mateo is hereby approved, and the President of the Governing Board is hereby authorized and directed to execute and convey a Grant Deed to the Property, and to execute such other documents as are required to complete the transfer of the Property.
