AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 4.58 OF TITLE 4 OF THE SAN MATEO COUNTY ORDINANCE CODE REQUIRING CHAIN FOODSERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS TO POST NUTRITION INFORMATION

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ORDAINS as follows
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Chapter 4.58 of Title 4 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code comprising of sections 4.58.010 through 4.58.050 is hereby repealed.
|
|
|
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from the passage date thereof.
