RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A NO PARKING ZONE ON CAMINO AL LAGO IN THE WEST MENLO PARK AREA

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the California Vehicle Code Section 22507 allows a local agency to establish parking zones in public rights-of-ways; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that No Parking Zones be created as noted herein; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

A No Parking Zone is hereby established at the following location:

Camino Al Lago

On the southeasterly side of CAMINO AL LAGO commencing at a point 162 feet northeasterly of the intersection of THE ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS and extending northeasterly a distance of 350 feet, more or less.
