Ed Dee, who represented District 1, resigned in November due to health concerns. Mr. Skinner has expressed interest in filling the vacated seat which represents downtown Pescadero.
Mr. Skinner has attended many Pescadero Municipal Advisory Council meetings and has become very familiar with the issues and concerns facing the Council. The Pescadero Municipal Advisory Council passed a resolution on Tuesday, December 9th to write a letter in support of the appointment of Rob Skinner to the Pescadero Municipal Advisory Council representing Downtown Pescadero. That letter is attached.
Rob Skinner has been lived in the Pescadero region for decades and has recently moved to downtown Pescadero. He has been an active member of the community as President of the Butano Canyon Water Company and currently owns a shop and Bed and Breakfast on Stage Road in Pescadero.
