DISCUSSION:

Facilities staff evaluated the County Government Center Parking Structure, in conjunction with the Capital Projects Unit of the Department of Public Works, and prioritized the corrective actions specified in the FCIS report for this facility as to immediate need.

FISCAL IMPACT:

The work is estimated to cost between $150,000 and $200,000. This project is included in the Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Capital Projects Budget for FCIS projects.
