RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE AND
A NO PARKING DURING SPECIFIED HOURS ZONE IN THE LADERA AREA
|

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
|
|
|
WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 and Section 7.28.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow a local agency to establish parking zones in public rights-of-way; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a no parking zone and a no parking during specified hours zone be created as noted herein; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.
|
|
|
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:
|
|
|
1.

A No Parking Zone be established at the following location:
|
|
|
|
|
Ø
|
La Mesa Drive (County Road No. 607), Ladera
|
|
|
|
On the northerly side of LA MESA DRIVE commencing at the intersection with ALPINE ROAD and extending southwesterly to the intersection with NORTH BALSAMINA WAY; and
|
|
|
2.
|
A No Parking During Specified Hours Zone be established at the following location:
|
|
|
|
|

|
La Mesa Drive (County Road No. 607), Ladera
|
|
|
|
On the southerly side of LA MESA DRIVE at the intersection with ALPINE ROAD and extending southwesterly to the intersection with SOUTH BALSAMINA WAY, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and
10:00 a.m. and between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
