RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONES
IN EL GRANADA AND NORTH FAIR OAKS
|

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
|
|
|
WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 and Section 7.28.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that no parking zones be created as noted herein; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.
|
|
|
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:
|

|

No Parking Zones are established at the following locations:
|
|
|
|
|
|
661 Hampshire Avenue (County Road No. 652), North Fair Oaks
|
|
|
|
On the westerly side of HAMPSHIRE AVENUE commencing at a point 281 feet southerly of the intersection of FAIR OAKS AVENUE and extending southerly a distance of 13 feet, more or less.

|
|
|
|
|
El Granada Boulevard (County Road No. 929), El Granada
|
|
|
|
On the westerly side of El Granada Boulevard commencing at the southerly property line of 315 EL GRANADA BOULEVARD and extending southerly to the southerly property line of 435 EL GRANADA BOULEVARD.

|
|
|
|
