RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND AUDREY SEYMOUR RAMBERG

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, on April 14, 2008, the County entered into an Agreement with Audrey Seymour Ramberg to provide management consulting and support services for the term of June 16, 2008 to July 1, 2009;

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an amendment to the Agreement with Audrey Seymour Ramberg, extending the term to June 30, 2010, and increasing the contract amount by $192,000, for a new total contract amount of $292,000, to cover costs associated with one-time projects for the County Manager’s Office and Health System, including Management Audits/Capacity Building, Health System Redesign, Cultural Competence, Youth Development and Community Budget Outreach;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of the Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said amendment in the amount of $192,000 for and on behalf of San Mateo County, and the Clerk of the Board shall attest his signature thereto.
