RESOLUTION SETTING MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES RATES FOR THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND RECOVERY SERVICES DIVISION OF THE HEALTH SYSTEM

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors has authority to approve rates for mental health services for billing clients who do not have insurance coverage, who have private third-party insurance, or who have Medicare coverage that is not provided through the Health Plan of San Mateo; and

WHEREAS, such proposed rates, attached hereto in Exhibit A and incorporated by reference herein, have been presented to the Board of Supervisors for consideration and approval:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors that the proposed rates for mental health services for Behavioral Health and Recovery Services as established in Exhibit A are hereby approved.
