RECOMMENDATION:
|
Appoint Neal Kramer to the San Mateo County Resource Conservation District Board of Directors as a designee of Ronald Moldovan. The appointment would run for a term to conclude on November 30, 2010.
|

BACKGROUND:
|
To be eligible to serve on the Resource Conservation District Board of Directors a person must either be a resident and property owner within the Resource Conservation District or be designated to serve by someone who is a resident and property.
|
Neal Kramer is a resident and landowner in Montara, which lies outside of the Resource Conservation District. Mr. Kramer was designated to serve by Ronald Moldovan who Is a resident and property owner within the Resource Conservation District. The letter officially designating Mr. Kramer is attached.
