RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF A YIELD SIGN IN NORTH FAIR OAKS
|

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
|
|
|
WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 21351 allows local authorities to install yield signs at any location so as to control traffic within an intersection; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a yield sign be installed as noted herein; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.
|
|
|
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

|

A Yield Sign be installed at the following location:
|
|
|
|
|

18th Avenue (County Road No. 732) at Bay Road (County Road No. 32G), North Fair Oaks
|
|
|
|
On 18TH AVENUE to direct northbound traffic to yield to the traffic on BAY ROAD.
