RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FIVE (5) TIME LIMITED PARKING ZONES IN NORTH FAIR OAKS AND BROADMOOR
|

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
|
|
|
WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 and Section 7.28.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that time limited parking zones be created as noted herein; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.
|
|
|
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

1.

A Time Limited Parking Zone (20-minute) is established at the following location:
|
|
|
|
|
Ø

2220 Bay Road (County Road No. 32F), North Fair Oaks
|
|
|
|
On the southerly side of BAY ROAD commencing at a point 100 feet easterly of the intersection of WILLOW STREET and extending easterly a distance of 20 feet, more or less.

|

A Time Limited Parking Zone (20-minute) is established at the following location:

|

Buckingham Avenue (County Road No. 372) near 2701 El Camino Real, North Fair Oaks
|
|
|
|
On the easterly side of BUCKINGHAM AVENUE commencing at a point 28 feet northerly of the intersection of EL CAMINO REAL and extending northerly a distance of 20 feet, more or less.

|

|
A Time Limited Parking Zone (20-minute) is established at the following location:

Northside Avenue (County Road No. 667) near 2747 Northside Avenue, North Fair Oaks
|
|
|
|
On the southerly side of NORTHSIDE AVENUE commencing at a point 33 feet westerly of the centerline of the intersection of HAMPSHIRE AVENUE and extending westerly a distance of 135 feet, more or less.

A Time Limited Parking Zone (2-hour) is established at the following location:

|

|
|
On the southerly side of EIGHTY-SEVENTH STREET commencing at a point 611 feet easterly of the intersection of WASHINGTON STREET and extending easterly a distance of 30 feet, more or less.
