RESOLUTION AMENDING A NO PARKING ZONE IN NORTH FAIR OAKS

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 and Section 7.28.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a no parking zone be amended as noted herein; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

Resolution No. 067421 Designating No Parking Zones in Public Right-Of-Ways adopted 06/28/05, is hereby amended at the following location:

Northside Avenue (County Road No. 667), North Fair Oaks

Amend the existing Resolution:

On the southeasterly side of NORTHSIDE AVENUE commencing at the intersection of WARRINGTON AVENUE and extending northeasterly to the intersection of HAMPSHIRE AVENUE a distance of 219 feet, more or less. (Resolution No. 067421 adopted 06/28/05)

To now read:

On the southeasterly side of NORTHSIDE AVENUE commencing at the intersection of WARRINGTON AVENUE and extending northeasterly to the intersection of HAMPSHIRE AVENUE a distance of 115 feet, more or less.
