RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE IN NORTH FAIR OAKS

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 and Section 7.28.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a no parking zone be created as noted herein; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

A No Parking Zone is established at the following location:

Northside Avenue (County Road No. 667), North Fair Oaks

On the southerly side of NORTHSIDE AVENUE commencing at the centerline of the intersection of HAMPSHIRE AVENUE and extending easterly a distance of 33 feet and westerly a distance of 33 feet for a total distance of 66 feet, more or less.
