RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE IN BROADMOOR, DALY CITY AREA
|

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
|
|
|
WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 and Section 7.28.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a no parking zone be created as noted herein; and
|
|
|
WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.
|
|
|
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

|

A No Parking Zone is established at the following location:
|
|
|
|
|

333 Eighty-Seventh Street (County Road No. 126), Broadmoor
|
|
|
|
On the southerly side of EIGHTY-SEVENTH STREET commencing at a point 141 feet westerly of the centerline of the intersection of EDGEWORTH AVENUE and extending westerly a distance of 20 feet, more or less.
