RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SAN BRUNO OFFICE ASSOCIATES, LLC OF OFFICE SPACE AT 881-883 SNEATH LANE, SAN BRUNO, AT AN INITIAL MONTHLY RENT OF $4,036 FOR A TERM OF FIVE YEARS WITH ONE OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM FOR AN ADDITIONAL FIVE YEAR PERIOD, AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE ANY AND ALL NOTICES, OPTIONS, EXTENSIONS, TERMINATIONS AND DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE LEASE AGREEMENT (LEASE NO. 1290)

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

 

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an agreement for a five-year lease of real property, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, whereby the County of San Mateo shall lease 2,522 square feet in an office building at 881-883 Sneath Lane in San Bruno from San Bruno Office Associates, LLC at an initial monthly rent of $4,036.00, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in said agreement; and

 

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with the form of such agreement and said Board has examined and approved same as to both form and content and desires to enter into same.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said lease agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest to the signature thereto.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Manager or his designee shall be authorized to execute any and all written notices, options, extensions, terminations and documents in connection with the Lease Agreement.
