RESOLUTION SETTING A $100 APPLICATION FEE AND RENEWAL FEE FOR A BUSINESS LICENSE TO OPERATE A MEDICAL MARIJUANA COLLECTIVE IN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
|
WHEREAS, on May 6, 2009, the Board adopted an ordinance that regulates medical marijuana collectives in the unincorporated area of the County; and
|
WHEREAS, the ordinance provides for and requires business licenses for medical marijuana collectives, and, consistent with the ordinance, the license application includes a series of conditions that must be met and findings that must be made; and
|
WHEREAS, the applications will be received and processed by the Sheriff’s Office, and considered and decided by the License Board, and monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the license.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED THAT the initial fee for application for a business license for a medical marijuana collective is hereby set at One Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($100.00):

IT IS FURTHER DETERMINED AND ORDERED THAT the application fee for a yearly renewal for the license is set at One Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($100.00).
