RECOMMENDATION:

Re-appoint Karen Chew as a member of the Arts Commission. If approved, this re-appointment to the 4th District’s seat would be through January 5, 2013, Ms. Chew’s third, four-year term.

BACKGROUND:
|
Karen Chew is a wonderful artist, entrepreneur, and community leader, and she has represented the 4th District on the Arts Commission for eight years in exemplary fashion. The County will be well served by her re-appointment to the Arts Commission.
