The Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program was originally approved in June 1985. This project is owned and managed by the Mid Peninsula Housing Coalition and consists of 130 units of rental housing located in a two block area along Willow Road in Menlo Park.
DISCUSSION:
It is requested that you approve the proposed operating budget of $1,090,388 and authorize the Director to submit it to HUD so that housing subsidy payments may be continued to be issued to the owner/developer (Mid Peninsula Housing Coalition) by the Housing Authority in a timely manner.
County Counsel has reviewed and approved the Resolution as to form.

FISCAL IMPACT:
The total cost will be provided by HUD. There is no Net County cost associated with this action.
