RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SAN BRUNO OFFICE ASSOCIATES, LLC, A COLORADO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CORRECTING THE MONTHLY RENT STATED IN THE LEASE

(LEASE NO. 1290)

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

 

WHEREAS, on April 28, 2009, the County and San Bruno Office Associates entered into a Lease Agreement for the lease of 2,522 square feet of space at 883 Sneath Lane in San Bruno, California; and

 

WHEREAS, the Lease commenced on June 4, 2009 and the parties now wish to amend the Lease for the purpose of correcting the initial monthly rental rate; and

 

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance a First Amendment to Lease Agreement, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, which sets forth the correct initial monthly rent of $4,161.00 per month, and

 

WHEREAS, this Board has examined and approved such First Amendment to Lease Agreement as to both form and content and desires to enter into same.

 

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the County Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute said First Amendment to Lease Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo.
