RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND

ALAN BILLER AND ASSOCIATES

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, on February 3, 2009, the County entered into an Agreement with Alan Biller and Associates for the purpose of providing investment consulting services, with agreement termination date of May 29, 2009, in the amount of $95,000; and

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an amendment to the Agreement with Alan Biller and Associates extending the term to July 31, 2009:

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the the President of the Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of San Mateo County, and the Clerk of the Board shall attest his signature thereto.
