RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TWO-HOUR TIME LIMITED PARKING ZONE IN THE HARBOR / INDUSTRIAL AREA, CITY OF BELMONT AREA

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 and Section 7.28.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a parking zone be created and revised as noted herein; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

1.

A 2-hour Time Limited Parking Zone is established at the following location:

•

Harbor Boulevard (County Road No. 1309), Harbor/Industrial, City of Belmont Area

On the southeasterly side of HARBOR BOULEVARD commencing at a point 108 feet northeasterly of the centerline of the intersection with OLD COUNTY ROAD and extending northeasterly a distance of 47 feet, more or less.
