RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF A DESIGNATED NO PARKING ZONE IN EL GRANADA, HALF MOON BAY AREA

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that
WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 and Section 7.28.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and
WHEREAS, on March 3, 2009, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 69966 to specify parking restrictions and regulations for no parking zones in the unincorporated areas of the County; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a disabled parking zone be established within a no parking zone specified in Resolution No. 69966; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a no parking zone specified in Resolution No. 69966 be amended as noted herein; and
WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:
	The no parking zone designated by Resolution No. 69966 is hereby amended as follows, and Resolution No. 69966, adopted by the Board of Supervisors on March 3, 2009, is amended accordingly:
		El Granada Boulevard (County Road No. 929), El Granada, Half Moon Bay Area
		Delete the reference that creates a no parking zone on the southerly side of EL GRANADA BOULEVARD commencing at the southerly property line of 435 EL GRANADA BOULEVARD and extending easterly to the easterly property line 403 EL GRANADA BOULEVARD.
		A no parking zone is created at the following location:
		On the southerly side of EL GRANADA BOULEVARD commencing at the northerly property line of 423 EL GRANADA BOULEVARD and extending easterly to the easterly property line of 403 EL GRANADA BOULEVARD
