RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ONE NO PARKING ZONE IN THE BROADMOOR VILLAGE, TOWN OF COLMA AREA.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 and Section 7.28.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a no parking zone be created as noted herein; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

A No Parking Zone is established at the following locations:

•

Reiner Street (County Road No. 174-A), Broadmoor Village, Town of Colma area

On the westerly side of REINER STREET commencing at a point 31 feet northerly of the centerline of the intersection with “A” STREET and extending northerly a distance of 24 feet, more or less.
