RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH CALIFORNIA FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES RELATED TO THE 2009 LEASE REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS, IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $108,000, FOR THE TERM OF OCTOBER 1, 2009 THROUGH JANUARY 1, 2010

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, County desires assistance of a Financial Advisor in connection with the issuance of the 2009 Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds by the San Mateo County Joint Powers Financing Authority (the “Authority”); and

WHEREAS, County wishes to hire Mark Epstein of California Financial Services as Financial Advisor to provide such assistance.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of the Board is hereby authorized and directed to execute the agreement for financial advisory services with California Financial Services for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of the Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto.
