Reappointments to the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee

RECOMMENDATION:

Reappoint Terumi Kaneko, Vicki Paul, Anne Sadler and Pat Bell to the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee to terms expiring December 31, 2013.

BACKGROUND:

The In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee was created to advise the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority and the Board of Supervisors on services and functions of the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority.

Terms on the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority Advisory Committee are for four years with a twelve year limitation which applies to full terms.

DISCUSSION:

Vicki Paul has served on the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee since April 22, 1997 representing Home Health Agency and wishes to be reappointed to another term

Terumi Kaneko has served on the Advisory Committee since January 27, 2009 representing Contract Agency and wishes to be reappointed to another term.

Anne Sadler has served since August 20, 2002 representing Consumer (COA) and wishes to be reappointed to another term.

Pat Bell has served since April 16, 2002 representing Independent Provider and wishes to be reappointed to another term.
