Reappointments to the Fatherhood Collaborative

RECOMMENDATION:
|
Reappoint Montez Davis, Bruce Collins and Sylvia Key to the Fatherhood Collaborative to terms expiring December 31, 2011.
|
|
|
BACKGROUND:
|
The Fatherhood Collaborative advises the Health System and the Board of Supervisors on matters relating to addressing and supporting the importance of men and fathers taking an active role in the well-being of children and families and with respect to any other related matters that the Health System or Board of Supervisors raise.
|
|
|
Terms on the Fatherhood Collaborative are two years with a six-year maximum.
|
|
|
DISCUSSION:
|
Montez Davis has served on the Fatherhood Collaborative since February 5, 2008 representing Community Based Organizations and wishes to be reappointed to another term
|
|
|
Bruce Collins has served since February 5, 2008 representing Probation and wishes to be reappointed to another term.
|
|
|
Sylvia Key has since February 5, 2008 representing the Office of Education and also wishes to be reappointed to another term.
