RESOLUTION RESCINDING A NO PARKING ZONE ON WARRINGTON AVENUE IN UNINCORPORATED REDWOOD CITY

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

 

WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 and Section 7.28.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and

 

WHEREAS, on June 28, 2005, at the request of the owners of adjacent property, this Board adopted Resolution No. 67421, which approved the installation of a no parking zone on the southeasterly side of Warrington Avenue in the unincorporated area of the County of San Mateo, commencing at a point 227 feet northeasterly of Spring Street and extending northeasterly a distance of 50 feet, more or less; and

 

WHEREAS, in response to the more recent request of the owners of the adjacent property, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a no parking zone be rescinded as noted herein; and

 

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

One of the No Parking Zones established by Resolution No. 67421 on June 28, 2005, is rescinded at the following location:

 
 

Warrington Avenue (County Road No. 669), Unincorporated Redwood City

   

On the southeasterly side of WARRINGTON AVENUE commencing at a point 227 feet northeasterly of SPRING STREET and extending northeasterly a distance of 50 feet, more or less.
