RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING

Linda Jesmok

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

WHEREAS, Linda Jesmok is retiring after 28 years of service to Caminar; and

WHEREAS, in addition to her work for the Caminar Agency Board, Linda Jesmok passionately and dedicatedly served the Solano Region on behalf of Caminar; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Jesmok helped lead Caminar through the merger with Community Living Centers; and

WHEREAS, Linda Jesmok helped make certain the highest quality Caminar services were delivered in a timely and efficient manner to all consumer communities in Solano County, as well as in Butte, San Mateo Counties and in Las Vegas, Nevada; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Jesmok held executive leadership positions on Caminar’s Board of Directors as President, Vice President, and Secretary over her 28 years at the agency, also filling in as Parliamentarian and Sergeant-At-Arms when necessary; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Jesmok supplied Caminar with the consistent vision and resilient leadership necessary to keep the Agency focused on it’s mission, thus enabling Caminar to establish a nonpareil service delivery system and become one of the premier case management agencies in the United States.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of San Mateo County does hereby congratulate Linda Jesmok on her 28 years of service with Caminar, and extends its best wishes to her in the coming years.
