RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING

Christine McGill, Ph.D.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

WHEREAS, Christine McGill is retiring after 15 years of service to Caminar; and

WHEREAS, in addition to her work for the Caminar Agency Board, Christine McGill passionately and dedicatedly served the San Mateo Region on behalf of Caminar; and

WHEREAS, She helped lead Caminar through the merger with Community Living Centers; and

WHEREAS, Christine McGill helped make certain the highest quality Caminar services were delivered in a timely and efficient manner to all consumer communities in San Mateo County, as well as in Butte, Solano, and in Las Vegas, Nevada; and

WHEREAS, Christine McGill held executive leadership positions on Caminar’s Board of Directors as Vice President and Secretary over her 15 years at the agency, also filling in as Parliamentarian and Sergeant-At-Arms when necessary; and

WHEREAS, Christine McGill supplied Caminar with the consistent vision and resilient leadership necessary to keep the Agency focused on it’s mission, thus enabling Caminar to establish a nonpareil service delivery system and become one of the premier case management agencies in the United States;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of San Mateo County does hereby congratulate Christine McGill on her 15 years of service with Caminar, and extends its best wishes to her in the coming years.
