RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NO PARKING ZONE ON ALPINE ROAD NEAR RUSSIAN RIDGE OPEN SPACE PRESERVE IN UNINCORPORATED SAN MATEO COUNTY

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 and Section 7.28.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a no parking zone be established as noted herein; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

A No Parking Zones is established at the following location:

•

Alpine Road (County Road No. 75A), Unincorporated San Mateo County

On the southerly side of ALPINE ROAD commencing at the intersection of SKYLINE BOULEVARD and extending westerly a distance of 700 feet, more or less.
