RESOLUTION AMENDING THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS FEE SCHEDULE TO AUTHORIZE DRY BOAT AND TRAILER STORAGE AT COYOTE POINT MARINA AT A COST OF $50 PER MONTH FOR A 10-FOOT BY 20-FOOT SPACE AND $75 PER MONTH FOR A 10-FOOT BY 40-FOOT SPACE

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the San Mateo County Department of Parks desires to provide for dry boat and trailer storage at the Coyote Point Marina; and

WHEREAS, a number of tenants have expressed the need for a dry boat and trailer storage area at the Coyote Point Marina; and

WHEREAS, Dock 29 is currently closed and its parking area unused; and

WHEREAS, there has been no previous provision for fees for dry boat and trailer storage at Coyote Point Marina.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors by adoption of this resolution approves amending the Department of Parks Fee Schedule to authorize dry boat and trailer storage at Coyote Point Marina at a cost of $50 per month for a 10-foot by 20-foot space and $75 for a 10-foot by 40-foot space.
