BACKGROUND:
|
On March 23 and March 30, 2010, County departments presented their respective preliminary budget forecasts to the Board. The Board requested a report back on several questions raised by Board Members during the Department of Housing’s presentation.

DISCUSSION:
|
Questions raised by the Board centered on issues of Management-to-Represented and Span of Control ratios, and consideration of Managed Competition for loan administration services.
