RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE CURRENT MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE SAN MATEO COUNTY COUNCIL OF ENGINEERS UNION (SMCCE) FOR A FIVE MONTH PERIOD FOR THE TERM APRIL 11, 2010 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 4, 2010

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Board for its consideration and ratification an extension of the Memorandum of Understanding with San Mateo County Council of Engineers (SMCCE) for the period commencing April 11, 2010, and ending September 4, 2010; and

WHEREAS, this Board has examined and approved the extension of the Memorandum of Understanding as to both form and content and desires to ratify and adopt the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors hereby ratifies and adopts extension of said Memorandum of Understanding.
