RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING DURING SPECIFIED HOURS ZONE ON FAIR OAKS AVENUE IN UNINCORPORATED REDWOOD CITY

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 and Section 7.32.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a no parking during specified hours zone be established as noted herein; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

A No Parking During Specified Hours Zone between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, be established at the following location:

Fair Oaks Avenue (County Road No. 1416-B), Unincorporated Redwood City

On the southerly side of FAIR OAKS AVENUE commencing at a point 206 feet easterly of the intersection with HAMPSHIRE AVENUE and extending easterly a distance of 30 feet, more or less.

The Department of Public Works is authorized and directed to post any necessary signs and pavement markings.
