BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION OF $9,000 FROM
THE SAN MATEO CREDIT UNION.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the San Mateo Credit Union wishes to donate $9,000 to the County of San Mateo for use by the Sheriff’s Office; and

WHEREAS, said donation will fund the purchase of an inflatable theater screen and projector which will be used for community events and civic engagement programs throughout the County; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been requested by the Sheriff to accept said donation for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and finds it necessary and desirable to do so:

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED THAT THE Board of Supervisors, on behalf of the County of San Mateo, hereby accepts the San Mateo Credit Union’s donation of $9,000 to the Sheriff’s Office, and offers its thanks to the Credit Union for the generous donation.
