Re-appointments to the San Mateo County Workforce Investment Board

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the re-appointments of the following list of Board Members to the Workforce Investment Board (WIB), each to a term expiring June 30, 2012.

BACKGROUND:

The mission of the Workforce Investment Board of San Mateo County is to establish and oversee the implementation of policies which promotes an integrated and innovative workforce development system. The WIB Board of Directors approved the re-appointments at the May 20, 2010 WIB meeting.

DISCUSSION:

The WIB is requesting approval for the following re-appointments:
