RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TWO NO PARKING ZONES ON RINGWOOD AVENUE IN MENLO OAKS AREA

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 et al and Section 7.30.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that no parking zones be established as noted herein; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

No Parking Zones be established at the following locations:

Ringwood Avenue (County Road No. 34), Menlo Oaks Area

On the northerly side of RINGWOOD AVENUE commencing at a point 80 feet westerly of the intersection with ALTREE COURT and extending westerly a distance of 50 feet, more or less.

Ringwood Avenue (County Road No. 34), Menlo Oaks Area

On the northerly side of RINGWOOD AVENUE commencing at a point 50 feet easterly of the intersection with EDGE ROAD and extending westerly a distance of 40 feet, more or less.

The Department of Public Works is authorized and directed to post any necessary signs and curb/pavement markings.
