RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PARK AGAINST CURB ZONE ON RINGWOOD AVENUE IN MENLO OAKS AREA

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 et al and Section 7.28.010 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish miscellaneous parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a park against curb zone be established as noted herein; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

A Park Against Curb Zone be established at the following location:

Ringwood Avenue (County Road No. 34), Menlo Oaks Area

On the northerly side of RINGWOOD AVENUE commencing at a point 130 feet westerly of the intersection with ALTREE COURT and extending westerly a distance of 515 feet, more or less.

The Department of Public Works is authorized and directed to post any necessary signs and curb/pavement markings.
